Salad For
Energy
Add sprouts to salad for energy
Ingredients
4 cups lettuce (washed and broken into small pieces
2 cups sprouts mung beans, sunflower and lentil. Or any
sprouts you prefer.
1 tomato sliced
1 cucumber peeled and sliced
1 cup avocado
1 cup spinach chopped
Carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflowers, mushrooms, red
cabbage or any combination of vegetables
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Add half a cup of the salad dressing
Mix well. Use any combination of the vegetables that you
prefer.

Dressing
Ingredients
1 clove garlic cut in half
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and black pepper
Method
Place all ingredients in a cup and let stand for fifteen
minutes for the garlic to flavor the sunflower oil. Pierce garlic with fork and
mix ingredients together with the fork. Pour the dressing over the salad and
mix well.
Egg and
Sprout Garnish
Ingredients
Eggs
Mung bean sprouts, lightly braised
Salt
Method
Beat eggs and salt and pour into a warmed oiled pan.
Sprinkle some braised sprouts over the egg mixture and cook
until set
Leave on a plate to cool down
Continue with the rest of the eggs and sprouts
When all the omelettes are cool, place one on top of each
other and cut into thin strips both ways.
Place in a bowl and sprinkle over your food.
