How to Make Molasses Crunchies
2 small cups whole wheat flour
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup coconut
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons molasses
2 eggs
½ cup butter
1. On low heat, melt the honey, molasses and butter
2. Mix the oats, flour and coconut
3. Add the honey and butter mixture
4. Beat the eggs well and add to the mixture
5. Place on floured board after mixing and roll out approximately one centimeter thick.
6. Cut into squares and bake in a heated oven at 325 until brown.
