Sprouts also contain all the
trace minerals including much needed selenium and zinc, plus bioflavonoids,
amino acids, antioxidants and chlorophyll. Sprouts generally have far greater nutrient
activity than all other raw foods. Sprouts also contain Laetrile, known as the
anti-cancer B17 nutrient. Most of the sprouts are rich in vitamin C.
