Benefits of Molasses and Saucy Marinade Recipe

Molasses is rich in the B vitamins as well as in iron. It also contains calcium, phosphorus, potassium and phosphoric acid. Potassium and phosphoric acid is important for the cells of the nerves and brain.
The B vitamins are important for your wellbeing, making you feel relaxed and energetic. It prevents depression, helps you cope with stress, prevents boils and constipation. And it relieves nervousness.
Iron is regarded by nutritionists as important in the transporting of oxygen to the cells and the formation of hemoglobin. Deficiency in iron can result in anemia, irritability, strength as well as mental endurance. A very low level of iron can lead to melancholia, depression, and sensitive states.
Phosphorus
This mineral works in combination with calcium, if one is lacking the other one has nothing to combine with, and is therefore of little value. It helps build red blood cells, nourishes the nerves and the brain and is important in energy production. A lack results in fatigue, nerve and brain disorders, and premature ageing.
